Many schools and LEA’s want to know the process of a complete “Fit to Carry” evaluation. The following action steps are outlined. 

Action 1

Initial contact and coordination including the candidate’s name, email, the LEA, a completed Confidential Summary Release Form, payment and scheduled interview.

Action 2

The candidate receives and completes the online assessment.  This is a comprehensive online personality/symptom screening assessment.  Also provided by the candidate is the contact information for a personal character reference check.

Action 3

Following completion of the online assessment a 1:1 clinical interview is completed.

Action 4

LEA receives the Summary Recommendation Memo with determination.

Contact and coordinate for the number of evaluations needed and for payment options.
